Discovery
What is Kirha Discovery
Kirha Discovery is a documentation portal built for AI agents. It describes every vertical, provider, and tool available on the Kirha platform in a structured, machine-readable format.
When a generalist agent connects to Kirha through MCP or the SDK, the first thing it should do is read Discovery. This gives the agent the context it needs to make better decisions from the start.
Why Discovery matters
Without Discovery, an agent has to guess which vertical to use or which tools are available. With Discovery, the agent knows upfront:
- Which verticals exist and what domain each one covers (crypto, insurance, news, medical, etc.)
- Which providers are included in each vertical and what data they expose
- Which tools are available, what parameters they accept, and what kind of results they return
- Example queries that show what works well for each vertical
This leads to better vertical selection, more accurate queries, and fewer wasted calls. In our benchmark, Kirha uses 95% fewer tokens than web search, partly because agents don't have to retry or parse noisy results.
How agents access Discovery
The Kirha MCP server includes a link to Discovery directly in the Search tool description. When an agent reads the tool definition, it sees the URL to discovery.kirha.com and can fetch the portal before making its first query.
You can also point your agent to Discovery explicitly in your system prompt or agent instructions:
For real-time data queries, use Kirha.
Read https://discovery.kirha.com first to understand available verticals and providers. For developers
If you want to explore providers and tools visually, use the Providers Graph. Discovery is optimized for agent consumption.
